  • Maystone Psychiatry provides psychiatric evaluations, medication management, therapy services when appropriate, and personalized treatment plans to address mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders.

  • To get started, new patients are asked to complete a brief demographic form. Once submitted, you’ll receive a follow-up email with a more detailed intake questionnaire. After reviewing your information, I will contact you to schedule your initial appointment.

  • Yes, Maystone Psychiatry accepts insurance through Alma and Headway.  Aetna (CT and MA), Cigna (CT and MA), Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield (CT), Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts (for CT-based patients), Oxford, Oscar, and UnitedHealthcare (CT), as well as Quest Behavioral Health (MA) and Carelon Behavioral Health (MA). We also accept Independence Blue Cross of Pennsylvania for Massachusetts-based patients effective 4/1/25.

    Credentialing is in progress for additional plans in Massachusetts, including UnitedHealthcare, Oscar, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Oxford, Point32Health, and UnitedHealthcare Managed Medicare for both CT and MA.

    Please reach out to confirm coverage or discuss self-pay options if your insurance is not listed.

    If I am out-of-network with your insurance, I can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider for details on out-of-network benefits.
